Return & Refund Policy

At ASA Pest Control, we are committed to delivering reliable and professional pest control services across Saskatoon and surrounding areas. Customer satisfaction is central to our business. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or service re-treatments may be considered.


1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to resolve your pest issues with the highest level of effectiveness and professionalism. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 7 days of the initial treatment. Where applicable, we offer:

  • Free re-treatment for persistent infestations during the covered warranty period.

  • Customized follow-up solutions based on the type of pest and level of infestation.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service not rendered due to our error or unforeseen inability to fulfill the appointment.

  • Prepaid services cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled visit.

  • Service dissatisfaction that cannot be reasonably resolved through re-treatment or corrective measures.

All refund requests are subject to management review and must be submitted in writing.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services completed and signed off by the customer.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Services where the customer did not follow the recommended post-treatment guidelines (e.g., sanitation, decluttering, sealing cracks, etc.).

  • Emergency response fees or same-day service dispatch charges once initiated.


4. Re-Treatment Terms

Many of our services come with a 30-day limited warranty. If pest activity persists during this period, ASA Pest Control will return to re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost.

Note: Certain pest issues (e.g., bedbugs, cockroaches) may require multiple treatments as discussed during your initial consultation.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • No penalty for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments or refusal of entry at the scheduled time may incur a service charge.


6. Requesting a Refund or Follow-up

To request a refund, re-treatment, or to report any service concerns, please contact us through one of the following methods:

7. Changes to This Policy

ASA Pest Control reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
